Once you’ve bought a board, what you do with it is your prerogative. But you wouldn’t believe some of the things people try with returns. So we wrote some rules.

Whatever the case we will make it right, but without some ground rules people tend to go wild. All returns must be made within 30 days of your original purchase, unused and ding free. We’re not fans of rules, but as the saying goes, one person can ruin it for everyone. And they did. Sorry. And unless the reason for return is shipping-related damage, we can’t refund shipping charges.

You can handle all of this online by going to our site, scrolling down to the bottom and hitting the “Returns” link, where you’ll find specific instructions. Or, if you’re in town, you can come on into the shop and berate us verbally. Whatever works.
